Chardonnay

Did you know that Chardonnay is one of the world’s most popular grapes? It’s made in a wide range of styles from lean, sparkling Blanc de Blancs to rich, creamy white wines aged in oak. It’s primary flavours are apple, starfruit. pineapple and vanilla and it’s best served at 7-12 degrees!

Pinot Grigio

Pinot Gris, or Pinot Grigio, is a pinkish grape that comes from a mutation of Pinot Noir. It’s well known for zesty white wines, but can also be used for rosé in areas such as Northern Italy, Oregon, and Alsace. It’s primary flavours are white peach, lemon zest, cantaloupe and raw almond and it’s best served 7-12 degrees.

Sauvignon Blanc

A popular and unmistakable white wine that’s loved for its herbal flavors and acidity. Sauvignon Blanc grows nearly everywhere so offers a variety of styles ranging from lean to bountiful. It’s primary flavours are gooseberry, honeydew, grapefruit, white peach and passionfruit and it’s best served at 7-12 degrees.

Chenin Blanc

Who doesn’t love a Chenin Blanc! Given its diversity of styles from lean, dry whites and aromatic sparklers, to sweet golden nectars as well as rich brandies it’s a very popular white wine. It’s primary flavours are quince, apple, pear, chamomile and honey and it’s best served 7-12 degrees.
